3 Steps to Trade In
Step 1
Submit a trade-in request through clicking the button below. Provide proofs that you own a Platin stereo hub, including MAC ID, Serial Number, Order Date, Seller Name, and photos of the hub in use.
Step 2
Once we receive your trade-in request, we will review your information within 24 hours and issue store credits to your account on the site. If you haven't created an account yet, please create one in advance.
Step 3
After logging into your account, click the arrow in the upper right corner to switch to the profile page, where you can see your store credit balance. When checking out, just check the box for deduction.

Do I have to purchase the Hub directly from a Platin store to be eligible for the trade-in program?
No. As long as you own a Platin stereo hub, you are eligible for the trade-in program regardless of where you purchased it.
How can I create my user account on the site?
Just please click the "account" button in the upper right corner, you will get to the account creation page. Enter your email, six-digit code will be sent to your inbox. Copy and enter it, your account will be created successfully.
How much store credit can I get?
Store credit is depended on the use time of your device.
- If the product has been in use for over 2 years, you will get €60 euros in store credit
- If the product has been in use for less than 2 years, you will get €100 euros in store credit
