Shipping and Delivery
We offer global shipping services with a commitment to expediting your order processing as swiftly as possible. Overseas deliveries generally take between 7 and 16 days, subject to stock availability. Please note that shipments to non-EU countries may experience extended delivery times due to customs procedures, and certain EU regions with suboptimal postal services may also encounter delays.
Specifically:
- Denmark: Expect next-working-day delivery from when the shipment is sent
- Within EU where postal works nicely: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days from when the shipment is sent
- Outside EU & EU countries with poor postal: Approximately 1 week delivery time.

Orders placed by 11 AM CEST for in-stock products usually ship out the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped out on the subsequent working day.
Incomplete or inaccurate billing details may cause a 24-hour delay in order processing. Additionally, discrepancies between shipping and billing information may necessitate order verification, further delaying delivery.
We operate Monday through Friday for both shipping and delivery. Please note that we do not offer shipping or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
