B-STOCK?

B-stock units are customer returns or factory-refurbished units that have been opened for any reason. They are inspected and categorized as great condition, and carry a full warranty and "30-day money back trial". If you don’t like the product, you can return this B-stock item for any reason with the trial period, but would cover one way shipping. 

C-STOCK?

C-stock units are those that have been visually damaged, but technically works 100%. We test them fully before putting them up for sale. They also come with full warranty and the same return policy as B-stocks. If there are visual defects, this will be indicated on the product page.
