Step 1
Submit a trade-in request through clicking the button below. Provide proofs that you own a Platin stereo hub, including MAC ID, Serial Number, Order Date, Seller Name, and photos of the hub in use.
Step 2
Once we receive your trade-in request, we will review your info, issue special credits, and send a notification to you within 24 business hours. If you haven't created an account yet, we will do by default using the email address you entered.
Step 3
When you click the link shared with you via email, and initiate checkout, you will see this discount automatically applied to the item without any extra steps. This specific product discount allows for combining with order discounts.

Is the trade-in program only available if I purchased the Platin Stereo Hub via Platin store directly?
No. As long as you own a Platin stereo hub, you are eligible for the trade-in program regardless of where you purchased it.

How much special credit will I get?
Credit is depended on the use time of your device.
- If the product has been in use for over 2 years, you will get €60 euros in credit

This special discount is only valid for the new Stereo Hub HT. If you don't add a Stereo Hub in your cart, this discount will not be shown. Also, it can be used once per order.
